The Grievance Committee is responsible for ensuring that Management, Crew Scheduling and the Company in general is following all aspects of our Collective Bargaining Agreement (Our Contract). Should an infraction occur, a grievance will be filed within a timely manner to resolve the issue. In addition to filing grievances, Grievance Committee Members will represent a Flight Attendant at any time they’re called into the Management’s Office for a wide variety of possible disciplinary procedures. Always take a Representative with you whenever you meet with Management.
