The New Hire Committee is responsible for ensuring that our new hires in Atlanta understand how to navigate their new career. They will personally reach out to each and every new Flight Attendant and guide them through the first few weeks on the job. This is similar to the company’s mentoring program but more personalized. Additionally, they will be able to guide new hires with company policy and contractual obligations to assist a successful completion of the probationary period.
